Since the end of the 1970s, ERSEM has been developing an original design of ‘lower-frame’ traveler form, featuring ‘C’ shape launching beams. Because of this design, rebars of the deck can be pre-assembled, thus allowing to cast a pair of segments every 2 or 3 days.

Compared to traditional ‘upper-frame’ type traveler form, our traveler form design significantly increases the productivity of realization of the cast in-situ cantilever segmental bridges. Furthermore, the ‘C’ shape beams design features a decisive advantage with regards with safety issue.
